Getting Started
You may apply for admission directly to Colorado State University (CSU). Once you are admitted, CSU becomes your "home" institution as well as the institution from which your certificate or degree will be granted. You will take courses from CSU as well as the other cooperating universities.

Program Costs
The program is offerd in collaboration with other institutions. By agreement among the institutions, fees are $415 per credit, or $1245 for a three-credit course. Books and other materials are not included.
Continuous Registration
All graduate students at Colorado State University are required to be continuously registered in the fall and spring semesters throughout the duration of their studies. Recognizing that for a variety of reasons, students may not be on campus or actively advancing toward their degree for one or more semesters, Colorado State University has had a continuous registration policy. The policy defines a continuous registration fee of $150 per semester for all students (both on- and off-campus) who will not be registered for academic courses.
For those planning to be away from their academic program and do not register for academic courses or continuous registration, there is a $150 readmission fee. A student registered for Continuous Registration is not eligible to receive financial aid and is also not eligible for a loan deferment.
Graduate degree candidates must be either enrolled for at least one credit or must register for Continuous Registration during the the term that they will complete their degree requirements. If students opt to register for Continuous Registration, the fee is $150.
For more information, please view the Graduate and Professional Bulletin on Continuous Registration.
Note: Continuous registration only applies to Colorado State University students. It does not apply to students attending other alliance universities that are registered for CSU/Great Plains IDEA courses.
