Scholarships
Establishing a scholarship is one of the most rewarding ways to help students realize their educational goals. All donors who have established named scholarships are invited to our Annual Scholarship and Awards Reception in the fall, where they have the opportunity to meet the recipient of their scholarship. Scholarships would not be possible without the generosity of our alumni and friends. Students apply for scholarships in a competitive college-wide process beginning each January. A committee made up of faculty members evaluates the student applications and selects the awardees. Although nearly 200 students are awarded scholarships, the student need is great. Endowed Faculty
Endowed chairs play a critical part in fulfilling the college's mission. The positions are highly prestigious and are filled by well-known professors who are acclaimed in their field. Chair recipients are expected to distinguish themselves and the University through research, teaching and their relationships with their peers, students, administrators and the community at large. Applied Human Sciences Enrichment Fund
The Applied Human Sciences Enrichment Fund is crucial to the development of the College. Donations to this fund have an enormous rate of return - helping the College to leverage gifts totaling millions of dollars. The fund provides unrestricted dollars, which are used to support the College's extensive efforts to reach new donors and discover new avenues of support. Give now.
