November 20: Cooking Class: “Healthy Holiday Eating”

Who says you have to give up all the turkey trimmings to keep your waist trim? We will make and sample healthful (but delicious) versions of your holiday favorites such as mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie, and some surprises! Cooking followed by optional Q & A.
