Broomfield Collaborative Partnership
We are committed to building relationships across agencies that provide comprehensive, integrated, cost-effective, quality services to the citizens of Broomfield County. Desired outcomes of the BCP include (1) building collaboration at all levels, front-line to administration; (2) increasing access to and awareness of services, including integration of services; and (3) conduct systematic needs assessment for consumers and service providers.

Denver Collaborative Partnership (DCP)
The DCP includes representatives from Division of Youth Corrections, Denver Department of Human Services, Probation, Denver Juvenile Court, Access Behavioral Care, Child Welfare League of America and Mental Health Center of Denver. Their first initiative as a collaborative is to develop a system of care approach for youth at risk of commitment or placement. The mission of this project is: To provide the juvenile courts with an integrated recommendation for services for youth recommended for commitment by developing a collaborative mechanism that involves all effective parties and assures a comprehensive overview of the case.

Denver Department of Human Services Coordination Committee
The Committee’s mission, developed in January, 2004, is: To ensure that shared Family Adult Services' and Family & Children's Services' families receive the best services possible by fostering the integration of funding, resources and programs using best practices to prevent duplication of services and to promote fiscal accountability.
The Coordinating Committee is currently developing the program policies and procedures for a pilot team composed of F&A and F&C staff who will work together on coordinating services across the divisions. Implementation is anticipated for March 2005.
